By accessing and using Skybeen Manager, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Skybeen Manager provides a cloud-based organization management platform for institutes, offices, agencies, and small teams. The service includes member management, payment tracking, attendance monitoring, task management, and related features.

3. Organization Account

Each organization must register with a unique Organization ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. Each organization operates in a fully isolated environment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skybeen Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.
